Act of June 17, 1902 (32 Stat. 388) and Acts supplementary thereto and amendatory thereof, referred to in par. The Small Reclamation Projects Act of 1956, referred to in par. Section 1 of Pub. L. 102–250 provided that: “This Act [enacting this chapter] may be cited as the ‘Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991’.”
