2003—Par. (1).
Pub. L. 108–36, § 125(1), substituted “community-based and prevention-focused programs and activities designed to strengthen and support families to prevent child abuse and neglect (through networks where appropriate)” for “Statewide network of community-based, prevention-focused, family resource and support programs”.
Par. (2).
Pub.
