Section 1 of Pub. L. 100–89 provided that: “This Act [enacting this subchapter and subchapter LXXVIII (§ 1300g et seq.) of this chapter and provisions set out below] may be cited as the ‘Ysleta del Sur Pueblo and Alabama and Coushatta Indian Tribes of Texas Restoration Act’.”

Section 2 of Pub. L. 100–89 provided that: “The Secretary of the Interior or his designated representative may promulgate such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act [see Short Title note above].”
