Amendments
1979—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 96–54, § 2(a)(14), substituted “Office of Personnel Management” for “Civil Service Commission”.
Subsec. (b). Pub. L. 96–54, § 2(a)(15), substituted “Office” for “Commission”.
