ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY
The Administrative History following each Rule gives the date on which the Rule was originally filed and its effective date, as well as the date on which any amendment or repeal was filed and its effective date. Chapter 479-1, entitled "Marketing Order for Peanuts," containing Rules 479-1-.01 through 479-1-.14 was filed and effective on June 30, 1965. Rules 479-1-.05 and 479-1-.09 have been amended. Filed April 18, 1979; effective May 8, 1979.
